Abstract

Para empresas de países em desenvolvimento, a estratégia de internacionalização representa o marco divisório entre o crescimento e a estagnação. O processo depende de algumas condições propícias e facilitadoras. Do lado do governo, de infra-estrutura; do lado das empresas, de inovação. Este artigo apresenta dois casos de empresas brasileiras internacionalmente bem-sucedidas e mostra que a causa principal desse sucesso foi a criação de massa crítica tecnológica inovadora.
