Abstract

Uma análise da área de Gestão de Recursos Humanos nas empresas brasileiras revela uma heterogeneidade de conceitos e práticas. Essa heterogeneidade ocorre porque a área apresenta distintos estágios de desenvolvimento. Este artigo analisa esses estágios e, baseando-se em uma pesquisa com presidentes, classifi ca a situação de suas empresas e discute os desafi os para a transformação efetivamente estratégica da área.
