Formado em administração de empresas pela FGV-EAESP, Dárcio já foi vice-presidente da Arthur D. Little Inc. Nesta entrevista, fala sobre carreira, mercado de trabalho e perspectivas para profi ssionais seniores. Em sua avaliação, apesar de as empresas exigirem profi ssionais mais jovens, ainda há espaço para quem tem mais experiência.
