Abstract

À medida que se tornam cada vez mais complexos e potencialmente divergentes os interesses envolvidos nos negócios internacionais, crescem os riscos e as possibilidades de confl ito nas relações entre empresas pertencentes a diferentes países, com diferentes culturas, regimes jurídicos e rotinas de negociação. O artigo analisa as principais características das negociações internacionais e identifi ca os contornos do que seria o estilo brasileiro de negociar internacionalmente.
