Abstract

Em uma época de acirrada competição e de mutações significativas nas atitudes dos clientes, os bancos se lançam em uma frenética corrida em busca de inovação de produtos e serviços, bem como de novos meios para levá-los aos clientes. Nesse contexto, o banco virtual se destaca como novo e promissor canal de distribuição de serviços bancários. Aliando tecnologia, segmentação de clientes e uma estrutura organizacional inovadora, esse canal permite redução de custos, aumento de resultado e fidelização de clientes.
