Abstract

Márcio Cypriano é, desde 1999, presidente do Bradesco e, a partir de 2004, da Federação Brasileira de Bancos, a Febraban. Formado em Direito pela Universidade Mackenzie, ele é responsável por resultados recordes no Bradesco, que só no primeiro trimestre deste ano atingiu o lucro mais alta da história do setor. Nesta entrevista, Cypriano fala sobre as mudanças por que vêm passando os bancos brasileiros e as perspectivas para o futuro.
