Abstract

Abram Szajman é presidente da Federação e do Centro do Comércio do Estado de São Paulo (Fecomercio), dos Conselhos Regionais do Serviço Social do Comércio (Sesc), do Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial (Senac) e do Conselho de Administração do Grupo VR. Nesta entrevista, faz um balanço da situação do varejo no país, das dificuldades e das conquistas do setor e traça algumas tendências para o futuro dos pequenos e grandes varejistas.
