O poder da intuição

Abstract

Há, no meio exe3cutivo, a percepção de que a instituiçao exerce grande influência nos processos de tomada de decisão estratégica. Associada à inovação, a intuição desponta como um tema de legítimo interesse. No entanto, apensar disso, o tema carece de estudos sustemáticos e aprofundados. Este artigo busca preencher essa lacuna ao oferecer referenciais para a análise do papel da intuição naqueles processos. Os autores sugerem cautela nas expectativas quanto ao poder da intuição.
