Abstract

Um balanço das principais iniciativas do governo para o fomento da competitividade do país inclui a elaboração de programas focados na disseminação de uma mentalidade orientada pela qualidade e produtividade nos mais diversos setores produtivos, públicos e privados. Além de apresentar tais programas, o artigo mostra que, hoje, um dos principais obstáculos à competitividade do Brasil é sua infra-estrutura, e destaca as ações realizadas na área, bem como os pontos críticos que devem ser contemplados em um esforço conjunto entre governo e empresas.
