Abstract

Mudanças nos cenários político, econômico e social vêm ampliando o leque de responsabilidades das empresas. Hoje, cobra-se delas transparência em suas atividades e um comportamento exemplar com todos que com elas interagem, como funcionários, clientes, acionistas e comunidade. O artigo analisa o conceito de responsabilidade social empresarial, discutindo suas origens e sua evolução como tema de crescente interesse.
