Abstract

A questão de como uma empresa pode adotar um modelo duplo de negócio no mesmo mercado tornou-se particularmente importante. Recentemente o fato é observado principalmente no caso de empresas estabelecidas que sofreram o ataque de concorrentes usando estratégias competitivas radicalmente diferentes. Este artigo, baseado na abordagem da contingência discute como essas empresas podem gerenciar modelos duplos de negócios sem perder o foco e maximizando as sinergias existentes.
