Abstract

A cooperação e o trabalho em rede aparecem atualmente como poderosas formas de promover compartilhamento de valores, objetivos, competências e esforços dentro das organizações. Como líderes, os executivos possuem um papel central no desenvolvimento de um ambiente de cooperação e na formação dessas redes. O artigo destaca algumas das características do trabalho do executivo que podem dificultar o desempenho desse papel, apontando alternativas para contornar problemas.
