Abstract

O tema da ação social corporativa passou a ocupar lugar de destaque no contexto da gestão de empresas. A ação social das empresas deixou de ser uma atividade isolada, baseada em interesses assistencias, para assumir uma posição de importância entre as demais questões estratégicas da organização. O desafio agora é avaliar o resultado que essas ações trazem tanto para o público atendido quanto para a própria organização.
