Abstract

As tecnologias digitais geraram impactos profundos sobre os processos de produção e disseminação de bens culturais. Sua utilização transformou as formas como os indivíduos consomem informações, conhecimento, música e outras formas de artes. Este artigo analisa a influência dessas tecnologias sobre a produção de bens imateriais. Sugere que seu crescente uso leva à necessidade de redefinições nas políticas culturais, e em conceitos tradicionais, como o direito de propriedade e o direito autoral.
