O trabalho e seus sentidos

Abstract

O trabalho representa um valor importante para a maioria dos indivíduos. Sua natureza e as condições em que é exercido exercem influência considerável sobre a motivação e também sobre a satisfação dos profissionais. Ao mesmo tempo em que milhares de indivíduos sofrem pela falta de emrpego, outros sofrem pelo fato de terem que trabalhar excessivamente. Construir, ou reconstruir, os sentidos do trabalho é projeto de grande importância, tanto para os profissionais, como para as organizações. Todos devemos, portanto, buscar compeender o sentido do trabalho e as características que ele deveria apresentar. Alguns de nós, pela força interior e persistência, já avançaram nesta busca. Outros, talves a maioria, ainda trilham os primeiros ou segundos passos deste longo caminho.
