Abstract

Além de suas fronteiras, o Brasil ainda é visto como um lugar distante e desconhecido, comumente associado às imagens clichês do carnaval, do futebol e das matas tropicais. Neste ensaio, Eduardo Carvalho, colunista do Digestivo Cultural, analisa a questão e argumenta que, para que o Brasil supere essas marcas reducionistas, é necessário, primeiro, que os próprios brasileiros se esforcem para conhecer seu país.
