Abstract

Premidas pela necessidade de operar em diferentes nichos de mercado, com distintos perfis de consumidores, muitas empresas vêm procurando refletirinternamente a diversidade externa. Com isso, adotam práticas “politicamente corretas” e procuram atrair para a organização profissionais com perfis variados em termos de sexo, etnia, formação e base cultural. Porém, administrar quadros com grande diversidade apresenta grandes desafios e pode colocar em risco o modelo de gestão e a própria identidadeorganizacional.
