Abstract

Jay Barney é considerado hoje uma das principais autoridades no estudo de estratégia. Professor de Administração na Ohio State University, é um dos criadores do conceito da “visão baseada em recursos” (RBV), pedra fundamental do campo. Durante a Terceira Conferência Internacional da Iberoamerican Academy of Management, ocorrida em São Paulo, o pesquisador concedeu esta entrevista à RAE-executivo, na qual fala sobre RBV e sua preocupação com a estratégia em contextos turbulentos.
