Abstract

Por muito tempo as empresas agiram como se não tivessem nenhuma outra responsabilidade além da produção de bens e serviços. Essa realidade mudou. Mais expostas ao ambiente, as empresas hoje interagem com diversos grupos sociais de interesse. Seu sucesso, e sua perenidade, agora depende da capacidade de entender as demandas explícitas e latentes desses grupos e prover respostas adequadas e alinhadas com sua própria estratégia.
