Abstract

Vem se tornando claro que a terceirização não é meramente uma moda passageira. Cada vez mais empresas recorrem a fornecedores externos. Porém, ao mesmo tempo em que a terceirização é uma poderosa ferramenta de corte de custos, aumento de desempenho e ajuste da atividade essencial, nem sempre as iniciativas tomadas resultam em processos bem-sucedidos, frustrando, às vezes, as expectativas dos que contratam esses serviços. O artigo identifica os sete pecados capitais que estão na base do fracasso dos projetos de terceirização.
