Abstract

A tecnologia de informação (TI) foi eleita como o grande impulsionador da produtividade de empresas, de setores industriais e até mesmo de países. Com ou sem evidências mais concretas, os tomadores de decisão investiram maciçamente em projetos de TI. Os resultados, como se sabe, são heterogêneos, variando de “revoluções” em termos de competitividade até fracassos absolutos. Em entrevista à RAE-executivo, Alberto Luiz Albertin e Nelson Lerner Barth, professores da FGV-EAESP, comentam verdades e lendas que cercam os investimentos em TI.
