Abstract

A resistência a mudanças é comumente considerada a grande vilã dos processos de transformação organizacional. Muitas organizações chegam a promover verdadeira caça às bruxas, procurando eliminar os focos de resistências. Porém, segundo revelou uma pesquisa com executivos, a resistência também apresenta aspectos positivos, aspectos que, convenientemente tratados, podem ajudar a aperfeiçoar o processo de transformação.
