Abstract

Ainda são sentidos os reflexos da euforia em torno das chamadas empresas “ponto-com”. Elas prometeram nada menos que uma revolução nos modelos de negócio e de relacionamento com clientes. Depois do estouro da bolha, deixaram um rastro de frustrações e prejuízos. Mas há exceções. A Flores Online é um exemplo de como uma organização, que nasceu como uma típica “ponto-com”, transformou-se em uma empresa bem-sucedida.
