O workaholic satisfeito: um modelo para os liderados

Abstract

Um executivo workaholic, conhecido por trabalhar 15 horas por dia, despertaria ceticismo e desconfiança se dissesse que sua empresa incentiva uma vida equilibrada para seus funcionários. Certo? Não, necessariamente. Contrariamente à crença popular, este texto defende que os executivos podem ser workaholics satisfeitos, e que devem ser modelos, não de equilíbrio, mas de autenticidade. Tais executivos sabem que nem todos têm valores iguais aos seus e encorajam seus liderados a agirem de acordo com seus próprios valores.
