Abstract

A crescente complexidade do contexto competitivo e dos modelos de negócio têm levado os executivos ao mundo virtual. Neste universo paralelo, buscam reproduzir as condições reais, construir cenários e tomar decisões. Este artigo analisa duas soluções disponibilizadas pela tecnologia para enfrentar a complexidade: os jogos de empresa e os sistemas de gestão de informação.
