Abstract

A atual Secretária Estadual de Cultura, Cláudia Costin, ex-GV, exerceu importantes funções na administração pública federal: na segunda metade da década de 1990, foi Ministra da Administração e da Reforma do Estado e Secretária de Estado da Administração e do Patrimônio. Em dezembro de 1999, assumiu a Gerência do Setor Público do Banco Mundial, em Washington e, depois de rápida incursão pela iniciativa privada, voltou à cena pública. À RAE-executivo, Cláudia fala sobre mudança organizacionale sobre os desafios da gestão pública.
