Evitando o colapso organizacional

Abstract

Assistimos, dia após dia, ao desaparecimento de empresas. O fato é corriqueiro, mas uma pergunta permanece, despertando nossa preocupação ou curiosidade: que fatores conduzem as empresas ao colapso? Entre as diversas razões, muitas podem ser tratadas, e algumas delas com medidas relativamente simples. Este artigo mostra ao leitor algumas dessas razões e propõe medidas de prevenção contra o declínio e o colapso.
