Abstract

O Brasil tornou-se, a partir da década de 1990, um importante pólo de atração de investimento externo direto. Porém, para a maioria das grandes multinacionais aqui estabelecidas, o contexto de negócios é muito distante do ideal. As condições apresentadas pelo país limitam o desenvolvimento de inovações e restringem a geração de vantagens competitivas. Ambos, empresas e governo, devem estar preparados para enfrentar os desafios apresentados.
