Abstract

A ética deixou de se limitar ao terreno religioso e filosófico para se tornar também um assunto empresarial. O futuro da sociedade e das empresas nunca esteve tão entrelaçado, e mesmo a ambição – sempre um desafio para o comportamento ético – pode ser transformada em força competitiva. Na ponta desse processo, estão as empresas visionárias: mais humanas, elas abrem horizontes para os negócios e contribuem para aprimorar a ética e a moralidade de todo o corpo social.
