Abstract

Com as transações mercantis crescendo em volume e complexidade, aumentam as exigências para que os setores públicoe privado entendam o funcionamento cada vez mais sofisticado dos mecanismos de controle da Organização Mundial do Comércio (OMC). Como são estabelecidas suas normas e resolvidas as disputas internacionais? Como se preparar para as negociações? Quais as melhores estratégias e táticas? A sobrevivência de empresas e setores inteiros depende, em grande medida, do conhecimento das respostas para essas perguntas.
