Abstract

Ao mesmo tempo em que a capacidade brasileira de fazer ciência tem crescido e aumentado de peso no cenário internacional, a capacidade de produzir tecnologia mostrase substancialmente menor no país. A análise das atividades de pesquisa e desenvolvimento – P&D – no Brasil, com ênfase no papel de cada uma das instituições envolvidas – a universidade, a empresa e o governo – pode definir caminhos para impulsionar esse importante fator de desenvolvimento.
