Abstract

O ex-presidente do Cade e professor da FGV-EAESP discute as perspectivas de evolução da defesa da concorrência no país, que incluem o combate maisduro aos cartéis, a melhor articulação com as agências regulatórias e o avanço nos acordos multilaterais. Também examina o papel que o Brasil pode exercer nas discussões de fóruns como a Organização Mundial do Comércio – OMC.
