Abstract

A liderança está deixando de operar sob antigas referências como estruturas centralizadas, presença física como regra e colaboradores humanos. Hoje, muitos líderes atuam em ambientes distribuídos, têm relações de poder mais horizontais, as equipes trabalham a distância, a inteligência artificial apoia decisões, e a incorporação de pautas sociais e ambientais torna-se inescapável. Esta edição da GV-executivo reúne reflexões e perspectivas para apoiar líderes a se colocarem na dianteira nesse novo cenário e inspirá-los a redesenhar suas estratégias e práticas.
