Liderança inclusiva: quando diversidade se torna prática

Abstract

Objetivo: apresentar a liderança inclusiva como elemento essencial para transformar a diversidade em valor real nas organizações. Estado da arte: apesar de avanços em metas e estruturas voltadas à diversidade, profissionais de grupos minoritarizados ainda enfrentam exclusão, insegurança e falta de pertencimento no ambiente de trabalho. Originalidade: o artigo propõe uma abordagem centrada no equilíbrio entre pertencimento e singularidade como base prática da liderança inclusiva. Impactos: ao oferecer diretrizes claras para o cotidiano da liderança, o texto contribui para ambientes organizacionais mais justos, inovadores e engajadores.
