Nesta edição especial da chamada de trabalhos Desafios da Liderança, convidamos você a refletir sobre o que permanece e o que se transforma na liderança diante desses novos contextos. Quais comportamentos, valores e práticas continuam relevantes? Quais precisam ser ressignificados? Quais são os desafios para fazê-los? Os artigos que apresentamos a seguir exploram essas perguntas sob quatro eixos principais: diversidade, inteligência artificial, trabalho remoto e novos modelos organizacionais.
