Abstract

A implementação de tecnologias emergentes, como a Inteligência Artificial (IA), tem se configurado como um desafio substancial para os gestores contemporâneos. Apesar do reconhecimento da capacidade transformadora da IA, muitos líderes ainda enfrentam dificuldades em traduzir esse potencial em soluções práticas dentro do contexto organizacional. O caderno especial desta edição, Inteligência Artificial: concretizando ambições, foi elaborado com o objetivo de fornecer uma orientação clara e baseada em evidências para apoiar os gestores nesse processo de transformação.
