Abstract

Objetivo: explorar diferentes sentidos contidos no conceito de diversidade e suas intersecções. Estado da arte: o artigo apresenta o debate contemporâneo sobre a complexidade que envolve a inclusão de grupos minorizados nas organizações. Originalidade: o artigo expõe conceitos pouco explorados no debate sobre diversidade nas organizações. Impactos: os conceitos apresentados no artigo podem apoiar os gestores nas tomadas de decisão para equidade e a inclusão de grupos minorizados nas organizações.
