Abstract

Objetivo: provocar sobre como se pensa a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência (PCDs) no mercado de trabalho e em posições de liderança no Brasil. Estado da arte: fomentar planos de ações mais estratégicos capazes de contribuir com ambientes de trabalho mais inclusivos para PCDs. Originalidade: este é um artigo feito por uma liderança com deficiência física e visual com experiência em setores diversos, para dialogar com lideranças que tomam decisões para a diversidade, trazendo aspectos estruturantes da inclusão de PCDs. Impactos: um novo olhar sobre PCDs tem o potencial de fazer com que a pauta seja vista de fato e tenha recursos para decisões mais efetivas.
