Abstract

Objetivo: explorar estratégias para a inclusão de profissionais 50+ no ambiente corporativo, destacando a importância da diversidade etária como um pilar de inovação e competitividade empresarial. Estado da Arte: existe uma consciência crescente sobre a necessidade de inclusão etária nas empresas, mas ainda há lacunas significativas na implementação de práticas efetivas que superem os estereótipos e barreiras enfrentados por esses profissionais. Originalidade: o artigo borda o etarismo com uma perspectiva interseccional, considerando gênero e etnia, e propõe um modelo integrado de práticas inclusivas. Impactos: o artigo auxilia líderes empresariais e profissionais de RH a desenvolverem estratégias que valorizem a experiência e contribuam para um ambiente de trabalho mais produtivo e inclusivo.
