Abstract

Objetivo: apontar para as organizações a necessidade de realizarem diagnósticos centrados no contexto social para quetodas as mulheres possam acessar posições de liderança. Estado da arte: estudos mostram como os preconceitos implícitos ainda estão presentes e agem na prática cotidiana dificultando o avanço da representatividade das mulheres em posições de liderança. Escopo: foi realizada pesquisa quantitativa com ex-alunas da FGV EAESP sobre percepção de vieses de gênero. Originalidade: o artigo foca o debate nos comportamentos praticados nas organizações em razão de preconceitos implícitos. Impactos: o artigo chama a atenção das organizações sobre a permanência das desigualdades de gênero, enfatizando a necessidade de se fazer um diagnóstico mais preciso para sair do desgaste das ações afirmativas que levam à tolerância em vez de promover um novo contexto social, no qual as relações entre os gêneros deixem de ser hierarquizadas.
