Capacidades dinâmicas: o caminho para o crescimento de pequenas e médias empresas

Abstract

Objetivo: avaliar o efeito das capacidades dinâmicas no crescimento das pequenas e médias empresas (PMEs), apresentando um framework para auxiliar gestores na tomada de decisões. Estado da arte: embora pesquisas teóricas tenham comprovado a eficácia das capacidades dinâmicas no desempenho empresarial, sua aplicação prática, especialmente em PMEs, é pouco acessível e limitada. Escopo: revisão sistemática da literatura, incluindo 177 artigos, foi conduzida para criar framework que valida as capacidades dinâmicas mais eficazes para o crescimento das PMEs. Originalidade: o artigo traz estratégias de crescimento em categorias específicas de capacidades dinâmicas. Impacto: o estudo apresenta framework prático para gestores melhorarem o desempenho dos planos de expansão, utilizando estratégias baseadas em capacidades dinâmicas.
