Abstract

A pandemia de Covid-19 acelerou o processo de TD das empresas no mundo e no Brasil. Para fazer frente às mudanças nas condições de mercado, as empresas realizaram esforços de atualização de seus processos e implementaram novos arranjos organizacionais que, de outra forma, levariam anos para ocorrer. Mais que uma disrupção tecnológica, a TD vem se delineando como uma mudança organizacional importante.
