Abstract

A gestão do conhecimento é um campo em rápida evolução. Conceitos e teorias foram criados por autores identificados com várias especializações e já há notícias de vários projetos implementados com sucesso, no exterior e no Brasil. De fato, muitas empresas realizam uma infindável lista de atividades relacionadas à gestão do conhecimento. Suas iniciativas, porém, padecem de três defeitos: baixa sintonia entre as ações, pouca ou nenhuma vinculação com os objetivos estratégicos e ausência de controle de resultados. Falta-lhes um modelo geral para a gestão do conhecimento. É essa lacuna que procuramos preencher neste artigo.
