Abstract

Todos sabem o quanto é difícil controlar as emoções diante dos problemas organizacionais no dia-a-dia. Fugir de algumas armadilhas e desenvolver uma comunicação eficaz pode ser o caminho para estabelecer relações mais colaborativas no ambiente de trabalho.
