Abstract

Nunca foi tão importante interagir com os consumidores. Em uma era na qual as redes sociais têm o poder de aproximar o público das marcas, antecipar tendências e medir a reputação no meio eletrônico, ignorar essa ferramenta pode trazer riscos à imagem de qualquer empresa.
