A Web 2.0 pode ser vista como a maneira mais efetiva de usar tecnologia para reunir e exercitar cérebros em trabalho colaborativo, e as organizações têm demonstrado um crescente interesse pelo seu uso. O artigo discute por que empresas têm adotado a Web 2.0, quais as ferramentas utilizadas e quais os benefícios e riscos envolvidos
