Abstract

Esta edição parte da perspectiva de controle governamental, mas a amplia, compreendendo-o em sentido amplo, isto é, como instrumento e expressão do Estado, das organizações e da sociedade. E faz tudo isso, sem perder de vista o contexto estrito, aquele característico do controle da gestão financeira pública e da responsabilidade financeira no ciclo da gestão e o seu suporte contributivo para as políticas públicas.
