Abstract

Neste ensaio discutimos o modo como a adoção da governança algorítmica significa uma reformulação de padrões de reforma da administração pública. Baseamos este ensaio na ideia de que o crescente uso de instrumentos digitais na administração pública significa um padrão silencioso e técnico de reengenharia sociotécnica do Estado. Discutimos, então as implicações dessa reforma administrativa silenciosa e analisamos as possibilidades e os desafios que a reengenharia sociotécnica do Estado traz para a gestão pública e os enquadramentos institucionais necessários para a constituição da instrumentação da gestão pública.
