Abstract

Este artigo tem por objetivo avaliar e ranquear os sítios públicos municipais da Região Metropolitana da Grande Vitória (ES), observando indicadores de acessibilidade, usabilidade e transparência. Trata-se de um trabalho predominantemente quantitativo, desenvolvido a partir de critérios preestabelecidos de avaliação e classificação, fundamentados nos artigos 8o, 10 e 30 da Lei Federal n. 12.527, de 18 de novembro de 2011, e no art. 17 da Lei Federal n. 10.098, de 19 de dezembro de 2000. Identificamos que os sítios analisados ainda estão distantes de proporcionar condições para que haja uma accountability vertical, o que é agravado pela ausência de accountability horizontal
