Políticas como o ProUni implicam a redistribuição de recursos, a redução de privilégios de acesso ao ensino superior, e suscitam resistências que podem ser verificadas no interior das instituições.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: ProUni, equidade, campo educacional, estigma, empowerment.ABSTRACTThis paper searched to analyze the creation context, implantation and impact of the Program University for All (ProUni) as one public and social politics to access higher education in Brazil.
